Learn the basic moves to get you up and running on the dance floor.
Personal development is unique to each individual. It is about having time for yourself to take stock and consider your next moves. During this programme you will explore your future in a practical way and learn how to develop your potential. You will undertake realistic self-assessment and set challenging goals. Key areas covered include communication skills, assertiveness, improving your work/life balance and developing positive skills and attitude. If you want to progress and develop, then this programme is for you.
This course will give you the opportunity to give a 20 minute presentation whilst being filmed and observed by your peers. Constructive feedback from the whole group will be given and you will have the recorded video sent to you after the session. Come with your presentation already prepared and bring your props and handouts. A laptop, projector, flip chart, white board and pens will be available. (Note: No OHT unless requested in advance).
Take some time out of your day to focus on your breathing and relaxation.
