Description

This introductory course covers the basic concepts of the relational database package Filemaker Pro. Each participant will design a small database.

System requirements

FileMaker Pro v. 8.5 on PWF Macintosh

Notes
  • Practical work will normally be done on Macintoshes but the course will be useful to those using FileMaker under Windows.
  • Basic computing skills are assumed. There are self-taught courses on FileMaker Pro, including one covering relational databases and one on publishing on the Web.
